Load-In Access
Seventeen dedicated, covered loading docks serve the Longhorn Exhibit Hall. All exhibits and equipment must enter and exit through the loading dock. A marshalling yard for overnight vehicle parking with advance permission from management.

Gaylord Texan is the exclusive provider of all electrical, water, and drainage services to the exhibit hall. Customized lighting packages are available for exhibitors.
Internet Connectivity
Gaylord Texan’s in-house IT is the exclusive telecom and internet provider. Outside vendor circuit installs must coordinate with the IT group at least nine weeks in advance.
Rigging Capabilities
Rigging services are coordinated through Exhibitor Services department. No forklifts or boom lifts are permitted on the ballroom level. All rigging plans require advance approval.
