About Seattle Convention Center
The Seattle Convention Center is the Pacific Northwest’s premier convention facility, spanning two landmark buildings in the heart of downtown Seattle. The original Arch Building offers 205,700 sqft of exhibit space, a 45,000-sqft ballroom, and 70 meeting rooms. The newer Summit Building added 248,450 square feet of exhibit space—including a 149,200-square-foot heavy-load hall with drive-in access—a 58,000-square-foot ballroom (the largest column-free ballroom in the Pacific Northwest), and 62 meeting rooms. Together, the two buildings deliver more than one million square feet of total event space with 132 meeting rooms. The LEED Platinum certified Summit Building features a 140,700-sqft naturally lit lobby, a 14,000-square-foot Garden Terrace, and 30-foot ceiling heights, and is within walking distance to over 10,000 hotel rooms and connected to the regional light rail system.
