About Fort Worth Convention Center
The Fort Worth Convention Center is the premier event and exhibition facility located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. The center completed Phase 1 of a transformative expansion in December 2025, adding 76,794 square feet of new event space. The facility now offers 257,268 square feet of exhibit space, 60,917 square feet of meeting space across 41 rooms, a 74,033-square-foot ballroom—one of the largest convention center ballrooms in Texas—and a 55,000-square-foot outdoor events plaza. Phase 2 is planned for completion in early 2030. The convention center connects to the Omni Fort Worth Hotel (614 rooms) via an enclosed skywalk and is steps from Sundance Square, Fort Worth’s vibrant 35-block entertainment and dining district.

Load-In Access
With roll-up doors for drive-in access and 11 loading docks, Phase 2 will expand to 16 total. Hall entry doors are 22.4 ft by 23.8 ft, allowing for significant oversized equipment, and loading platform doors at 19 ft by 22 ft.
Power Distribution
Electrical outlets are spaced every 30 feet throughout exhibit areas, with air and water lines every 90 feet. Both 20 Amp and 30 Amp are available.
Internet Connectivity
Free high-speed WiFi runs throughout the concourse and meeting rooms. On-site audiovisual equipment supports streaming across all event spaces.
Rigging Capabilities
Meeting room ceiling heights range from 10 to 18 feet, with the ballroom at 23 feet. Phase 2 ceiling heights are designed for sports competition requirements.
