Caesars Forum is Las Vegas’s newest premier conference center, opened in March 2020 as part of a $375 million investment in meetings and events infrastructure. Connected to Harrah’s Las Vegas and The LINQ Hotel via an all-weather, climate-controlled skybridge, the venue offers 550,000 sqft of meeting and exhibition space. Featuring two massive pillar-free ballrooms—FORUM and ACADEMY—each spanning 110,000 square feet, making them the two largest pillar-free ballrooms in the world. The facility includes 100+ breakout rooms ranging from 500 to 4,000 square feet, plus a stunning 100,000-square-foot outdoor FORUM Plaza. The venue’s modern architecture features 15-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to 8,500+ hotel rooms within Caesars Entertainment properties.

This LEED Silver conference center boasts 550,000 square feet of single-level event space. Featuring two 110,000-sqft pillarless ballrooms (the world’s largest), two 40,000-sqft junior ballrooms, and over 100 breakout rooms.

Nine easily accessible loading docks serve the facility. Large roll-up doors allow trucks to drive directly into both main ballrooms and the junior ballrooms. Freight doors measure 20’x13’ with a 30,000-pound-per-piece load limit.
