The First Financial Center, freshly reopened in downtown Cincinnati in 2026, delivers a reimagined 750,000 gross square feet. Level One features 195,320 square feet of contiguous exhibit space, divisible into three independent halls, each with its own dedicated entrance, ticket office, and coat check. Level Two offers 30 meeting rooms totaling 45,440 square feet. Level Three boasts Cincinnati’s largest ballroom at nearly 40,000 square feet, complemented by a new rooftop terrace with skyline views for receptions. The center is connected to surrounding hotels and parking via the Skywalk system and is only 20 minutes from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

Delivering 195,320 square feet of contiguous exhibit space spread across three halls. Ceiling heights reach 35 feet with a 33-foot base of lights, so even the tallest structures and hanging signage fit comfortably.

All exhibit halls operate independently with their own entrances, ticket offices, and coat checks. A 48,500-square-foot pre-function lobby, fully dimmable LED lighting, and a massive 76-foot LED wall create built-in branding opportunities throughout the venue.
Load-In Access
The loading dock offers 17 berths (3 low and 14 high bays) and three semi-truck portals that lead directly to the exhibit floor. The 18-foot-high entry doors ensure a smooth and efficient move-in for large-scale exhibits.
Power Distribution
The venue supplies 120/208V and 277/480V three-phase, five-wire wye power. Higher-voltage services (208V and above) are delivered via overhead drops throughout the exhibit halls.
Internet Connectivity
Smart City Networks is the exclusive provider of fiber optic internet, supporting up to 20,000 simultaneous devices. Wired Ethernet and WiFi are available throughout all exhibit and meeting spaces.
Rigging Capabilities
Rigging attaches directly to structural beams in the exhibit halls and Grand Ballroom via steel cabling. Hang point requests are to be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
